Apply for a stall
The Dummer Fair prides itself on showcasing some of the finest craft, clothing and cuisine from across the UK, and we welcome applications from all stallholders for the next Fair.
If you would like to apply for a stall at the Fair, please complete the application form below.
The deadline to submit your form is 31st March 2026.
You will be notified by the Treloar's Event Team over the coming months as to whether your application has been successful and we will then send a detailed form to request payment for your stall.

6ft space - £140
9ft space - £230
12ft space - £300​

Electricity
Access to a power point
costs £45 per stall.
Stallholder Refreshments
There is unlimited complimentary tea and coffee provided for stallholders. All stallholders are expected to bring their own reusable cups.
Bacon rolls are available Thursday morning at an additional cost.
Packed lunches are also available at an additional cost.
Please note, pre-ordering will be required.
Commission
Successful stall applicants must agree to giving 10% of gross takings and orders taken to Treloar's. This is a requirement of the application process.
Tombola
Each stall is required to provide a prize to the value of £20 or greater for the Tombola that is run at the Fair - again this is a requirement of the application process.
